BCM sets the brand. VAM Studio and BSF Social make and publish it. Relay keeps product truth on its own track.
Relay is the single source of truth for every Blood Sugar Friendly product — from the first idea, through manufacturing, to a finished case on the pallet. Product data, assets, costing, sourcing, production and syndication all live here, with Relay always the master. It runs on its own track, related to the brand but not wired into the content pipeline.
New products start in an Idea Inbox and move across a stage-gate Kanban board — concept, feasibility, formulation, launch prep and beyond — with a Go / Kill / Hold decision and an immutable review history at every gate. A live business case is bound to the COGS engine so margin is visible before anything graduates, and concepts stay walled off from live channels until they're truly ready.
Every product is modeled with structured fields — identifiers, nutrition and Supplement Facts, marketing copy and FAQs — plus three-level variant nesting, with a completeness engine scoring each record in real time and validation catching GTIN and pallet-math errors before they reach a channel. Imagery uploads once and auto-generates web, print, thumbnail and WebP renditions with version history and a token-gated partner portal, and every listing carries a 0–100 score across traditional Search, generative (GEO) and answer (AEO) engines.
A landed-cost engine computes COGS and contribution margin per product and per partner, with effective-dated history and costs pulled from Excel, AI-parsed supplier invoices and Shopify. A buy-side Vendor CRM tracks suppliers, price books and auto-derived scorecards, a reusable ingredient master feeds formulation, and purchase orders and receiving capture landed cost and create traceable lots on arrival.
Versioned recipes and multi-level BOMs roll up cost and allergens; production runs issue stock by FEFO, log QC and yield, a live Readiness Timeline shows what's blocking each run, an append-only lot ledger tracks inventory across locations, and demand planning blends Shopify velocity, wholesale and manual forecasts into a master schedule and MRP. A lot-genealogy graph traces every input forward and backward for FSMA-204 — with one-click FDA recall reports, a COA vault, supplement 21 CFR 111 records and GS1 / ZPL case labels tied to the same ledger.
Relay pushes products to Shopify (with its own metafields) and stays the master — inbound edits are flagged as conflicts, never silent overwrites — while partner-ready sheets generate for KeHE, UNFI, Walmart and GDSN, a manifest-driven Export Center produces custom Excel, CSV, JSON and PDF, and an MCP server lets AI tools read and update the catalog under OAuth. Catalog-health and launch-readiness dashboards show what's missing per channel, a per-product Brand Guide publishes to the Brand & Campaign Manager, and every change is audit-logged, backed up and gated by Google SSO / IAP.
VAM Studio — the Video Automation Machine — turns raw source material into finished video. Feed it URLs, PDFs, images or clips and it writes the script, generates the footage, voices it, scores it and assembles the final cut, with a human approval gate at every stage.
Work moves through eight stages — ingestion, script writing, prompt generation, asset generation, voiceover, music, assembly and export. Each stage has an explicit approval gate, so nothing advances until a human signs off, and individual shots or voiceovers can be regenerated without redoing the whole project.
Scripts can be written by Gemini, Claude or ChatGPT (or by hand); video is generated with Veo 3, Runway or Grok Imagine; voiceover uses Grok or Google Cloud TTS; and imagery can come from Adobe Firefly. Providers are selectable per stage so you can balance quality, speed and cost.
A clip-maker reframes footage to vertical 9:16 for stories and reels using on-device tracking, voiceover speed is adjustable, and captions are produced as part of assembly — so a single project yields outputs ready for multiple channels.
A phrase flagger checks copy against the brand's compliance rules, brand guidelines and semantic color tags keep output on-brand, and admin analytics break down usage and cost by user, project, action and engine. New users sign in with Google and are approved by an admin before they can access the studio.
BCM is where the brand is defined. Colors, fonts, logos, voice and campaigns are authored and versioned once, then published as ready-to-use presets into VAM Studio and BSF Social. Anything edited downstream comes back to BCM as a proposal — the master is never overwritten silently.
A preset captures the full brand system: a color palette with hex values, fonts, logo, visual style keywords and image-generation guidance, plus the caption and voice guidance derived from it. Presets are the on-brand starting point the studios pull from.
Campaigns are first-class: each has a name, description, schedule and objective, with a default UTM value that stays stable even if the campaign is renamed. Posts and assets are grouped under a campaign for clean rollups across the studios.
BCM publishes presets and campaigns into VAM Studio and BSF Social, then reads them back to detect human edits. Those edits surface in BCM as proposals to approve — the master is never silently overwritten, so the brand stays authoritative while teams still move fast.
Every preset is versioned with history, a compliance floor of banned phrases is re-asserted on every update, and the data model is multi-brand from day one — so additional brands can be added later without a rebuild.
BSF Social
BSF Social plans, schedules, publishes and measures content across six networks from one place — a visual calendar, a per-platform composer, a reliable publishing engine, deep analytics and multi-model AI generation. It pulls brand presets from BCM and finished video from VAM Studio.
Scheduling & the calendar
Compose once and publish to Meta (Facebook + Instagram), LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest. A visual month/week/day calendar supports drag-to-reschedule and color-codes posts by platform and status, while a reliable publish worker fires at the scheduled time, retries transient failures and surfaces hard ones. Bulk CSV import and Instagram first-comment automation are built in.
Composer & media library
One piece of content carries per-platform overrides — caption length, hashtags and media variants — with a live preview of how each network will render it. The media library tags, searches and organizes assets and auto-resizes them to each platform's spec (1:1, 4:5, 9:16 and more).
Analytics
Per-post metrics — reach, impressions, engagement, saves, shares, clicks and follower change — roll up into a cross-platform dashboard filterable by date, content pillar and campaign. Best-time-to-post is derived from real engagement, hashtags are tracked, and links are UTM-tagged for GA4 with weekly and monthly exports.
AI content generation
Captions are generated by several models at once — Claude, ChatGPT, Grok and Gemini — so you can compare and pick the best. Images are produced through a pluggable, per-platform pipeline, and a repurposing engine turns a blog post or recipe into threads, carousels and hooks. An idea generator and A/B caption variants round it out.
Campaigns, approvals & compliance
Campaigns group posts and drive UTM tagging with optional branded short links. A Draft → Review → Approved → Scheduled workflow with inline comments and shareable read-only reviewer links keeps sign-off tight, a compliance scanner flags health-claim language that matters for a metabolic-health brand, and an audit log records who did what.
Integrations
Brand presets and campaigns flow in from BCM, and finished media sets arrive from VAM Studio — so scheduling, brand and video stay connected end to end.
